Welcome to Casa Mondella.

The concept of Casa Mondella is simple; I wanted to support small traditional businesses that produce authentic products still being made in Italy.

Like many, I have always loved the timelessness of Italian design and searching for classic, elegant, thoughtful gifts that are made with love and a story to tell.

For over 10 years I have met with small Italian businesses and artisans making authentic products that are affordable, attractive and purpose-made with style.

I increasingly appreciate items hand made by skilled craftspeople continuing traditions, making products where they have traditionally been made, rather than a lesser quality item copied and manufactured many miles away from its customary source. 

At Casa Mondella you can find beautifully packaged sweet-smelling natural soaps, intricately woven hand towels, hand made earrings, classic silk scarves, authentic Deruta ceramics, stationery, olive wood, and so much more.  All of our products are available on-line - many are exclusive to Australia - and everything is carefully gift-wrapped and delivered to your door. 

You just have to decide what to give your family and friends  ... and what to keep for yourself!
